Cupcakes that are perfect for New Year's!


These delicious pink champagne cupcakes are perfect for your New Year's Eve party! They're super easy since they're made with boxed cake mix and frosting! Happy New Year! Ring in 2015 with these cupcakes!
Pink Champagne Cupcakes  
- 1 box of Betty Crocker super moist white cake mix 
- 1 1/4 cups of strawberry moscato (DO NOT use any water, the champagne is used in place of the water)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can of Betty Crocker fluffy white frosting
- 1 can of Betty Crocker whipped strawberry most frosting
- Assorted sprinkles
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Measure all ingredients (except cake mix, just pour that in) and place in a large bowl. Use a hand-mixer to thoroughly combine all ingredients. Using an ice-scream scoop, fill the cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 14-19 minutes, check to see if they are done by sticking toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, they are done. Cool cupcakes and frost them, topping with assorted sprinkles.
